Each officiating package offers a custom, personalized script, detailed ceremony outline and thorough communication with the other important vendors you’ve selected for your wedding.

Custom

Starting at $1,200

- Session 1: Tell your story. This is the most important part of making a meaningful and personal ceremony, building trust and getting the full experience. After all, your story is the reason we’re celebrating.
- Session 2: You’ll get access to the your custom ceremony outline that you are your officiant build together. The template you start from includes everything from the processional, bridal march, the retelling of your love story, vows, rings, unity ceremony and recessional and can be completely customized to fit your vision.
- Session 3: Finalize any last remaining details for your ceremony, review your rehearsal cheat sheet** and end with a fun “Q&A” about your soon to be spouse.
- Your officiant will walk you through how to obtain your marriage license and what’s required to file whether you’re in the state of Arizona or from out of state. Then your legal marriage paperwork is filed within 3 days following your ceremony. Your officiant will help explain how to obtain your copy from the AZ Register of Deeds.
- It’s super easy and fun! This is our gift to you. So much of your wedding is spent planning details that have nothing to do with your relationship. This assessment gives you something to do that reminds you of the “spark” that started your love.

Traditional

Starting at $900

- 1 meeting to discuss ceremony details, including elements like personal vows, the processional, rings, and unity ceremonies. Your officiant will also help you prepare a rehearsal cheat sheet, and discuss wedding day preparations like what to bring for the ceremony and tips for making the very best of your ceremony.
- Your officiant will file your marriage license to the county the ceremony was performed in no later than 3 days after the ceremony. You obtain a copy of your certificate after it’s filed by applying on the county Register of Deeds website.

Coaching

Starting at $500

Do you have a family member or friend that you think could be a great officiant? I’ll coach them through my entire approach to creating the most meaningful, personal and joyful ceremonies. You and your chosen officiant will receive everything included from the “Custom” package except sound equipment all delivered over the same 3 planning sessions.
